Lynwood’s golf course spans 230 acres and features an 18-hole layout designed by Graham Papworth, former President of the Australian Golf Course Architects Association. The links-style course, measuring 6,400 meters with a par of 72, incorporates couch fairways that meander through natural wetlands.

It leverages many natural features, including undulations, wetlands, and natural rough, to create a challenging and picturesque golfing experience. The course also includes a magnificent Driving Range, a Practice Green, and a Short Game Range with Greens and Bunker facilities. Lynwood takes its name from the historic Lynwood House, a colonial-style house built around 1814 located on the course property.
